Artist Statement
I am an optimistic, energetic person whose works are stylized, yet recognizable, vibrantly colorful, intricate, playful, enlivening, and upbeat.
I work mainly in oils and mixed-media. My work reflects my love of art history and my response to, and interpretation of the culture and landscape of each new experience.
For me, art is about enhancing and interpreting reality to create a more optimistic and joyous world.
